I don’t have an UGW, I want to be smaller but I want to build muscle and be extremely healthy.

&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;m obsessed with coffee so I thought I would try it out. I still haven&amp;#8217;t acquired the taste for whey protein yet but adding these few ingredients made it a little more tolerable.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Chocolate Coffee Shake&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; 2 scoops of chocolate protein &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; 1 cup of skim milk &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; 5 ice cubes &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; 1 cup of water &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; 1 spoonful of instant coffee! &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I went to the store today and bought some healthy foods, but more importantly I didn’t buy any junk. I’m going to document my progress, which will be slow and difficult but I’ll be happier because I can control what I eat and how much I work out.&lt;/p&gt;
