I don't have an UGW, I want to be smaller but I want to build muscle and be extremely healthy.

I’m obsessed with coffee so I thought I would try it out. I still haven’t acquired the taste for whey protein yet but adding these few ingredients made it a little more tolerable.
Chocolate Coffee Shake
2 scoops of chocolate protein
1 cup of skim milk
5 ice cubes
1 cup of water
1 spoonful of instant coffee!
Enjoy! (or just try to get it down without gagging)
