Do It For Your Health
Just finished a 2 mile run/jog/walk. This was my first work out in a very long time. (I’m embarrassed about how much time has passed since my last workout). Starting to get back at it!

I’m obsessed with coffee so I thought I would try it out. I still haven’t acquired the taste for whey protein yet but adding these few ingredients made it a little more tolerable.
Chocolate Coffee Shake
Ingredients:
2 scoops of chocolate protein
1 cup of skim milk
5 ice cubes
1 cup of water
1 spoonful of instant coffee!
Enjoy! (or just try to get it down without gagging)
